At Ingenuity Air, we believe that maintenance of your system is the key to a long-lasting energy efficient AC System and reduces the unexpected hot summer breakdowns. We have tailored our maintenance package and precision tune-up product to provide our customers with a simple maintenance solution that provides the most efficient performance options we can.
This product is the basis of our maintenance plan for your residential system. What we do:
Conduct a comprehensive pre-tune-up analysis of your HVAC system, including an assessment of refrigerant pressures, air temperatures, and electrical measurements (blower motor amps, compressor amps, and outdoor fan amps).
Perform a thorough visual inspection of your air handler cabinet to check for leaks and inspect electrical connections, blower assembly, evaporator coil, drain pan, sensing bulb, and return/supply air plenums.
Clean and sanitize your drain line and pan, including the addition of algaecide treatment to ensure your system stays in top condition.
Check the temperature splits across your evaporator coil to ensure your system is operating efficiently.
Sanitize your evaporator coil to maintain a clean and healthy system.
Inspect all safety floats and verify their operation to ensure your system is safe and reliable.
Replace or clean your air filter (customer supplied) to improve the air quality in your home.
Conduct a visual inspection of your outdoor condensing unit, including checking the contactor, capacitor, compressor, condenser coil, electrical connections, condenser fan blades, and service ports/caps.
Clean your outdoor condenser coil to ensure efficient operation.
Check the level of your outside condenser coil to make sure it’s properly positioned.
Lubricate all moving parts to prevent wear and tear and prolong the life of your system.
Tighten all electrical components to ensure your system is safe and reliable.
Conduct a post-tune-up analysis of refrigerant pressures, air temperatures, and electrical measurements (blower motor amps, compressor amps, and outdoor fan amps).
Perform a final thermostat calibration to ensure your system is operating at optimal levels.
Provide a detailed digital report of all findings and recommendations to keep you informed about the condition of your HVAC system.
*Testing of starting capabilities, safety controls, and heat when in season.

Four (4) basic Air Filters, one delivered at each inspection, plus email/text alerts when it's time to change your filter.

Priority scheduling of service appointments.
All our services, repairs, and replacements of course come with a 1-year Labor Warranty, and we only install systems that provide a 10-year minimum parts warranty for our residential customers!
