We understand the importance of keeping your customers and employees happy and work with each commercial customer on an individualized maintenance plan based on your equipment and needs.
This product is the basis of our maintenance plan for your commercial system. What we do:
Perform a comprehensive pre-tune-up analysis of refrigerant pressures, air temperatures, and electrical measurements (including blower motor amps, compressor amps, and outdoor fan amps) for your commercial HVAC system.
Conduct a detailed visual inspection of your air handler/fan coil cabinet or section, including electrical connections, blower assembly, evaporator coil(s), drain pan, sensing bulb, and return/supply air plenums for leaks.
Thoroughly clean your drain line and pan, which includes adding algaecide treatment, to ensure proper drainage and prevent potential damage or contamination.
Check temperature splits across the evaporator coil to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
Sanitize your evaporator coil to eliminate any harmful contaminants and improve indoor air quality for your employees and customers.
Inspect all safety floats and verify their operation to ensure the safe and reliable operation of your HVAC system.
Replace all air filters to maintain healthy indoor air quality and prevent debris from clogging the system.
Perform a detailed visual inspection of your condensing unit or section, including the contactor, capacitor, compressor, condenser coil, electrical connections, condenser fan blades, and service ports/caps.
Clean your outdoor condenser coil to improve heat transfer and overall system efficiency.
Lubricate all moving parts to prevent wear and tear and ensure smooth, efficient operation of your system.
Tighten all electrical components to ensure reliable and safe operation of your commercial HVAC system.
Conduct a post-tune analysis of refrigerant pressures, air temperatures, and electrical measurements (including blower motor amps, compressor amps, and outdoor fan amps) to ensure your system is operating at peak performance.
Perform a final thermostat calibration to ensure accurate and reliable temperature control.
Provide a detailed digital report of all findings and recommendations to help you make informed decisions about the maintenance and operation of your commercial HVAC system.
*Testing of starting capabilities, safety controls, and heat when in season.

All our services, repairs, and replacements of course come with a 1-year Labor Warranty, and we only install systems that provide a 10-year minimum parts warranty for our residential customers!
