Dustin Archer
Dustin, known as “the fixer,” brings a diverse skill set from his background in construction and remodeling. After years in the corporate world, Dustin returned to his roots, leveraging his experience at global powerhouses like Caterpillar and Siemens to benefit the regional HVAC industry. As the CEO and co-founder of Ingenuity Air, Dustin’s mission is to bring change to the industry by providing trustworthy and professional services. With a Mechanical Engineering degree and an MBA, Dustin is committed to delivering the best products at fair prices while treating customers like family. Beyond work, he enjoys spending time with his family and pursuing hobby projects with his sons in the garage.
Dustin is a proud graduate of the Rollins College Crummer School of Business and University of North Carolina- Charlotte. He is also a devout Florida State University football fan- Go Noles!
Matthew Bischof
Matthew Bischof is the Vice President and co-founder of Ingenuity Air. Matt has over ten years of experience in commercial and residential HVAC service, maintenance, and installation. His approach to complex systems and mechanical design is creative and innovative. Matt leads the service and technical team with Ingenuity Air by example, with his exceptional attention to detail and high-quality service standards. He is a Central Florida native and is proud to serve his community with family-driven values. In his free time, he enjoys fishing and hunting with his son.
